・M&A、Joint Venture、バイオテック・スタートアップ企業又はファンドへの出資案件、グローバルライセンス等の案件における法務デューディリジェンスの実施、契約作成/交渉
・外部専門家と連携して事業部門や経営層への支援・提言、法的リスクマネジメント支援
・Implementing legal due diligence and drafting/negotiating contracts for M&A, Joint Venture, Investment for biotech/start-ups or fund, global licenses, etc.
・Work with external experts to provide support and recommendations to business divisions and management, support for legal risk management
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・M&A、グローバルライセンス、Joint Ventureの設立運営、出資、CVC等を中核として推進した実務経験（PMIを含む）
・海外弁護士や海外グループ会社とコミュニケーションできる英語能力
[Essential requirements]
・Practical experience in M&A, global licensing, joint venture establishment and management, investment, CVC, etc. (including PMI)
・English skills to communicate with overseas lawyers and overseas group companies
【望ましい要件】
・日本法または英米法弁護士資格
・ライフサイエンス分野での経験
[Desirable requirements]
・Lawyer qualification of Japanese or US/English law
・Experience in the life science business field
