データから価値ある情報を創出するために、セントラルデータマネジメントの責任者として、社内外データの集積や活用のための各種施策の推進を実施・統括する。
・データエンジニアリング領域におけるDX戦略の立案
・社内外データ活用のための環境整備とデータの管理
・情報管理の規範策定と、規範遵守のための各種施策の企画
・社内外データの集積と活用のための人材育成
・先進データベース技術・先進データ可視化技術の活用検証
In order to create valuable information from data, as the person in charge of central data management, implement and supervise various measures for collecting and utilizing internal and external data.
・Planning DX strategy in data engineering field
・Environmental preparation and data management for utilization of internal and external data
・Establishment of norms for information management and planning of various measures for compliance with norms
・Human resource development for collecting and utilizing internal and external data
・Verification of utilization of advanced database technology and advanced data visualization technology
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・データ基盤構築・運用の経験
・SQLを使った高度なデータベース操作スキル
・ETLおよびBIツールの業務での3年間以上の使用経験
【望ましい要件】
・データベーススペシャリスト試験あるいは同等の資格保有
・ITシステム導入プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験
・ビジネスで通用する英語コミュニケーション能力
[Required criteria]
・Experience in building and operating data infrastructure
・Advanced database operation skills using SQL
・More than 3 years of experience using ETL and BI tools in business
[Desirable croteria]
・Database specialist exam or equivalent qualification
・Project management experience for IT system implementation projects
・English communication skills for business

In order to effectively utilize data as the fourth management resource, SHIONOGI's Data Science Department has been building a data infrastructure to aggregate and utilize internal and external data. We are now entering the phase of maximizing the value of this data infrastructure and making effective use of it. Therefore, we are currently recruiting individuals who can serve as core human resources to promote SHIONOGI's central data management using the company-wide data utilization platform.
