新規創薬技術/プラットフォームの獲得や共同研究/ライセンスなどによる外部の強み活用に向けて以下の活動を行い、社内他部署関係者とも協議を行ったうえで、良質な案件をトランザクションチームに引き継ぐ。
・データベースや自身のネットワークや各種パートナリングイベントを通じた国内外の産官学の外部イノベーションの探索、評価
・国内外のアカデミア・企業との提携戦略立案、実行
We will carry out the following activities to leverage external strengths through acquisition of new drug discovery technologies/platforms and joint research/licensing, and will hand over high-quality projects to the transaction team after consulting with other departments within the company.
・Search and evaluate external innovations in industry, government, and academia in Japan and abroad through databases, your own network, and various partnering events
・Planning and execution of partnership strategies with domestic and international academia and companies
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・3年以上の製薬業界におけるサーチ&エバリュエーションに関する実務経験
・創薬R&Dに関する一般的な知識
・膨大な情報から必要な情報を取り出し、解析・分析し、見える化するITスキル
・幅広いライフサイエンスに関する知識・好奇心
・ライフサイエンス分野での幅広いグローバルな人的ネットワーク（国内外、産学官問わない）
・英語でのコミニュケーション、文章作成能力
[Essential criteria]
・Over 3 years of practical experience in search and evaluation in the pharmaceutical industry
・General knowledge about drug discovery R&D
・IT skills to extract, analyze, and visualize necessary information from a huge amount of information
・Knowledge and curiosity about a wide range of life sciences
・Extensive global human network in the life science field (domestic and international, industry, academia, and government)
・English communication and writing ability
