それを補完するべき塩野義内部でのスキルは製薬企業としてのスキルに重点が置かれているため、社内だけでそのスキルを補完することも困難
一方で、社外にはそれらのスキルを提供しているサービスがあるので、これらを選別・導入し、バーチャルな形で必要なスキルの補完体制(インキュベーター=孵卵器)を構築し、ゆくゆくは組織のCapabilityとして定着させれらる人材を獲得したい
