経営計画に資するITプロジェクトの計画、組織、社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、品質管理（グローバル案件有）
Planning, organization, communication with internal and external stakeholders, quality management (including global projects) contributing to the company's business plan in IT project management.
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・ITプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・要求者と直接コミュニケーションをとり合意形成した経験
【望ましい条件】
・要件整理などITプロジェクト上流の経験
・製薬企業への理解度
・海外対応能力（言語、文化）
【Essential Requirements】:
・Experience in IT project management
・Experience in direct communication with stakeholders and reaching consensus
【Desirable Requirements】:
・Experience in upstream activities of IT projects, such as requirement analysis
・Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
・Ability to handle international tasks, including language and cultural skills
