◇職務内容（About the position）
社内ビジネス部門向けに提供するビジネスアプリケーションの企画、要件定義、設計、構築プロジェクトのリード
Leading the planning, requirements definition, design, and construction projects of business applications provided for internal business departments.
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・ITプロジェクトの上流工程経験（要求整理、要件定義、概要設計）
・要求者と直接コミュニケーションをとり合意形成した経験
【望ましい条件】
・ITプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・製薬企業への理解度
・海外対応能力（言語、文化）
【Essential Requirements】:
・Experience in the upstream phases of IT projects (requirement gathering, requirement definition, and high-level design)
・Experience in direct communication with stakeholders and reaching consensus
【Desirable Requirements】:
・Experience in IT project management
・Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
・Ability to handle international tasks, including language and cultural skills
