◇職務内容（About the position）
・データサイエンスに関する企画・立案、データ活用のプロジェクトマネジメント
・社内外データの把握と適切な利活用の企画・推進とそのためのアルゴリズム開発
・データに基づく仮説設定によるヘルスケア戦略及び研究計画への有用な情報の提供
・Real World Dataに基づくエビデンス構築、戦略立案
・戦略立案・業務課題に対するデータサイエンス視点に基づくコンサルティング及びソリューションの提供
・解析業務をより効率的に行うためのプロセス検討とコンピューティング環境の整備
・社内におけるデータリテラシー向上とコア人材育成のための教育企画・推進
・Planning and proposal related to data science, and project management for data utilization.
・Understanding internal and external data, planning and promoting its appropriate use, and developing algorithms for that purpose.
・Providing useful information to healthcare strategies and research plans based on hypothesis settings using data.
・Creating evidence and strategic planning based on Real World Data.
・Providing consulting and solutions based on a data science perspective for strategic planning and business issues.
・Considering processes and maintaining a computing environment to make analytical tasks more efficient.
・Planning and promoting education to improve data literacy within the company and develop core personnel.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
理数系の修士修了，もしくは同等の知識及び技術を有する
データマネジメント，データサイエンス，ITのいずれかの業務経験7年以上
解析ソフトウエアの利用経験があり，プログラミングスキルを有する
【望ましい要件】
臨床統計/Real World Data解析/疫学
もしくは経営やビジネスアナリティクス/HRテックの業務経験
論文執筆/学会発表経験
ビジネスで通用する英語コミュニケーション能力
海外企業とのビジネス経験
情報系の資格保有
【Required Requirements】
Completion of a master's degree in science or mathematics, or possession of equivalent knowledge and skills.
At least 3 years of work experience in one of the following: data management, data science, IT.
Experience in using analytical software and possession of programming skills.
【Desirable Requirements】
Clinical statistics/Real World Data analysis/epidemiology
or experience in management, business analytics/HR tech.
Experience in writing papers/presenting at academic conferences.
English communication skills applicable in business.
Business experience with overseas companies.
