◇職務内容
データから価値ある情報を創出するために、セントラルデータマネジャーとして、社内外データを集積し、全社視点でのデータ管理体制を構築する。
・社内外データ活用のための環境整備とデータの集積
・全社データガバナンス、マスターデータ管理などの推進
・情報管理の規範策定と、規範遵守のための各種施策の企画
・社内外データの集積と活用のための人材育成
In order to create valuable information from data, as a central data manager, accumulate internal and external data and implement data management system from a company-wide perspective.
・Environmental preparation and data collection for utilization of internal and external data
・Promoting company-wide data governance, master data management, etc.
・Establishment of norms for information management and planning of various measures for compliance with norms
・Human resource development for collecting and utilizing internal and external data
◇応募資格
【必須要件】
データマネジメント、ITのいずれかの業務経験3年以上
リレーショナルデータベースの設計・構築経験があり、SQLのスキルを有する
ETLツールの利用経験がある
【望ましい要件】
情報系の資格保有
システム導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
ビジネスで通用する英語コミュニケーション能力
データサイエンス（特にPythonなどのプログラミング）の業務経験
[Required criteria]
・More than 3 years of work experience in data management or IT fields
・Experience in designing and implement relational databases, and using SQL
・Experience using ETL tools
[Desirable croteria]
・One or more information related qualifications
・Project management experience in system implementation
・English communication skills for business
・Work experience in data science (especially programming such as Python)
