◇職務内容（About the position）
データ解析業務を、品質と透明性を担保した上で効率的に実施するために、データ解析基盤整備及び解析プロセス整備に関するプロジェクトの責任者として、各種施策の推進を実施・統括する。加えて、コンピュータサイエンス分野における先進技術を駆使し、サイエンスに基づく企業活動を推進するための各種施策を提案・実施する。
・高品質で効率的なデータ利活用を推進するためのデータ解析基盤及び解析プロセスの整備
・データ解析基盤のシステムアーキテクチャ設計やシステムの導入及び管理
・コンピュータサイエンス技術を活用した企業活動に有用な各種施策の企画・推進
・社内外の大規模データの管理運用、及びその活用検証
In order to efficiently carry out data analysis tasks while ensuring quality and transparency, as a project leader, implement and supervise various measures for the establishment of data analytics platform and data analytics process, implement and supervise various measures. Additionally, propose and implement various measures to drive science-based business activities by leveraging advanced technologies in the field of computer science.
・Establishing data analytics platform and data analysis process to promote high-quality and efficient data utilization.
・Designing the system architecture of data analytics platform, and implementing/managing the system.
・Planning and promoting various measures that are useful for business activities utilizing computer science technology.
・Managing/operating internal and external large-scale data, and verifying the utilization of that data.
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・データ解析基盤構築・運用の業務経験３年以上
・データ解析基盤整備（システム導入）におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・コンピュータサイエンス（特に計算科学）の知識と技術
【望ましい要件】
・クラウド、IT、情報処理関連の資格保有
・データサイエンス（特にPython等のプログラミング、AI/機械学習、MLOps）の業務経験
・ビジネスで通用する英語コミュニケーション能力
[Required criteria]
・More than 3 years of experience in building and operating data analytics platform
・Project management experience for data analytics platform preparation projects
・Knowledge and skills of computer science (especially computational science)
[Desirable croteria]
・One or more cloud, IT or information processing related qualifications
・Work experience in data science (especially programming such as Python, or AI/Machine Learning, MLOps)
・English communication skills for business

SHIONOGI's Data Science Department has been evolving our data analysis platform environment to adapt it to the changing times and the monitoring the progress of our data science strategy. Moving forward, it is crucial to not only engage in this activity but also to efficiently execute advanced data science and computer science activities and to ensure both quality and transparency, under this environment. Therefore, we are currently recruiting individuals who can serve as core human resources to promote the establishment of an analysis environment based on data ethics, and drive advanced computer science activities under the established environment.
