ケモインフォマティクス技術を活用した創薬研究業務
・人工知能（機械学習など）や分子モデリング（ドッキング、分子シミュレーションなど）技術を活用したデータ駆動型創薬の推進
・創薬の加速に寄与する新規インフォマティクス技術の開発・導入
Drug discovery research using cheminformatics technologies
・Advancement of data-driven drug discovery using artificial intelligence (such as machine learning) and molecular modeling techniques (such as docking and molecular simulation).
・Development and implementation of novel informatics technologies that contribute to the acceleration of drug discovery.
【必須要件】
・人工知能あるいは分子モデリング技術のいずれかを活用した企業での業務経験
・Python等のプログラミング経験を有する方
【望ましい要件】以下に挙げる経験を有する方を特に歓迎します
・修士卒以上（研究科、学部、学科、専攻は問わない）
・人工知能と分子モデリング技術の両方について知識と業務経験を有する方

・Master's degree or higher
・Work experience in a company or academia (postdoc applicants are welcome) utilizing either artificial intelligence or molecular modeling techniques
・Programming skills such as Python

近年のインフォマティクス技術の進歩は著しく、SHIONOGIにおいてもAIや分子モデリングなどのインフォマティクス技術を、低分子創薬をはじめとする各種モダリティ研究に活用しています。当社では、さらにこの技術の創薬への活用を強化するために、当該技術の開発や活用経験を有する研究者を募集します。
The advancement of informatics technology in recent years has been remarkable, and at SHIONOGI, we are utilizing informatics technologies such as AI and molecular modeling in various modality research including small molecule drug discovery. We are currently seeking researchers with experience in the development and application of these technologies to further enhance their utilization in drug discovery.
