◇職務内容（About the position）
医薬候補品（バイオ関連）の品質マネジメント業務
・特性機能解析の実施
・原薬・製剤の規格及び試験方法の設定
・治験・製造販売承認に関わる申請資料作成
・関連する他組織・他社とのコミュニケーション
・リーダーとしてのチーム運営
 
Quality management activities of biopharmaceuticals candidates
・Characterization
・Development of analytical test method and specification
・Preparation of documents for IND/NDA appliaction
・Communication with other related organizations and companies
・Team management as a leader 

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・大卒以上，製薬企業でのバイオ医薬品の分析・品質評価業務経験3年以上
・バイオ医薬品の特性解析・試験法設定・品質試験の業務経験
・バイオ関連のレギュレーション (GMP, ICH Q5など)の知識
【望ましい要件】
・バイオ医薬品の特性解析結果と薬効薬理との相関理解
・バイオ医薬品の製造工程の業務経験又は知識
 
[Essential criteria]
・Bachelor degree, Experience of analytical and quality management in pharmaceutical company　(3+ years)
・Experience of characterization, analytical development and quality control for biological drug
・Knowledge of regulation related to biological drug (GMP, ICH Q5)
[Desirable criteria]
・Understanding the correlation between the results of characterization and pharmacology for biological drug
・Experience or knowledge of manufacturing processes for biological drug
