Reading of system construction for Vaccine research especially in pathogen (antigen) detection using genetic analysis and bioinformatics.
Management of small team for research theme or collaboration with other research department.
>Establishment of candidate pathogen (antigen) detection system using nucleic acid extraction, quantitative PCR, NGS.
>Epidemiological surveys using pathogen genome information.
>Vaccine antigen design through analysis of amino acid sequences and three-dimensional structures.
【必須条件】
・修士卒以上(研究科、学部、学科、専攻は問わない)
・核酸抽出、定量PCR、NGS等の分子生物学の技術を基いた研究経験 (ポスドク応募可)
・病原体のゲノム情報・タンパク質立体構造を活用した研究経験
・数名のチームマネージメント或いは外部連携(社内外、学内外)の経験
【望ましい条件】
・統計解析・バイオインフォマティクスを用いた当局への申請用データの取得とレポートアップの経験
・機械学習を含めた統計解析に対する専門性(Python等のプログラミング経験)
[Essential criteria]
>Master's degree or above (regardless of graduate school, faculty, department).
>Research experience based on molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, quantitative PCR, and NGS (Postdoctoral application is also welcome).
>Research experience using pathogen genome information and protein three-dimensional structures.
>Experience in managing a team of several member or in external collaboration.
[Desirable criteria]
>Experience in obtaining data for new drug application (NDA) and submitting reports using statistical analysis and bioinformatics.
>Expertise in statistical analysis including Neural Network (programming experience in Python, etc.).
