◇職務内容（About the position）
ワクチン抗原の探索・最適化を目的とした、小スケールでのタンパク質発現精製、発現コンストラクトの作製、アミノ酸配列のバイオインフォマティクス解析。研究テーマの独力遂行や他部署との連携。
・コンストラクト構築、組換え細胞作製
・細胞培養、タンパク質精製、分析・評価（ウエスタンブロッティング等）
・アミノ酸配列・立体構造の解析を通じた抗原デザイン
Small-scale protein expression and purification, creation of expression constructs, and bioinformatics analysis of antigen sequences for the purpose of discovering and optimizing vaccine antigens. Leading research themes and collaborating with other departments.
>Expression vector construction, recombinant cell production
>Cell culture, protein purification and evaluation (e.g., western blotting)
>Antigen design through amino acid sequence and three-dimensional structure analysis

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須条件】
・修士卒以上（研究科、学部、学科、専攻は問わない）
・核酸抽出、定量PCR、NGS等の分子生物学の技術を基いた研究経験 (ポスドク応募可)
・病原体のゲノム情報・タンパク質立体構造を活用した研究経験
・数名のチームマネージメント或いは外部連携(社内外、学内外)の経験
【望ましい条件】
・統計解析・バイオインフォマティクスを用いた当局への申請用データの取得とレポートアップの経験
・機械学習を含めた統計解析に対する専門性（Python等のプログラミング経験）
[Essential criteria]
・Master's degree or above (regardless of graduate school, faculty, department).
・Research experience based on molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid extraction, quantitative PCR, and NGS (Postdoctoral application is also welcome).
・Research experience using pathogen genome information and protein three-dimensional structures.
・Experience in managing a team of several member or in external collaboration.
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in obtaining data for new drug application (NDA) and submitting reports using statistical analysis and bioinformatics.
・Expertise in statistical analysis including Neural Network (programming experience in Python, etc.).
