◇職務内容（About the position）
物流環境の変化を先取りし、医薬品などの製品特性に応じた最適なロジスティクスを構築する。また、適切に物流管理を行い、製品の適正な品質確保と安定供給を実現する。
・国内外のロジスティクスの構築企画
・国内の物流業務委託先管理
・logistics strategy planning for domestic/global products
・3PL management for domestic products

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・医療用医薬品のサプライチェーンマネジメント業務経験
・ビジネス交渉レベルの英語力（目安 TOEIC600点以上 or OPIｃ IL以上）
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
【望ましい要件】
・海外ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験
・物流委託先管理または物流受託経験
[Essential criteria]
・Experience in supply chain management of medical drugs
・English proficiency at business negotiation level (TOEIC score : 600 or OPIc : IL)
・Experience in project managements
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in working oversea or collaborating with overseas business partner
・Experience in managing logistics contractors or accepting logistics orders

STS2030 Revision達成のためにグローバルサプライチェーンの強靭化は必須である。強化ポイントの1つとして、「急性感染症薬の持続可能な流通体制の構築」を挙げており、医療資源の有効活用や、抗菌薬の国内安定供給を目指しているため、物流企画を立案できる人材の増員が必要となった。
Strengthening the global supply chain is essential to achieving the STS2030 Revision. One of the points to be strengthened is the "establishment of a sustainable distribution system for acute infectious disease drugs." In order to make effective use of medical resources and ensure a stable domestic supply of antibiotics, it has become necessary to increase the number of personnel capable of developing logistics plans.
