◇職務内容（About the position）
グローバル製品を含む医薬品の製品調達計画の立案、および、環境変化に応じた製品調達管理活動を主導し、在庫適正化と製品価値最大化を実現する。
・医薬品の製品調達計画の立案、製品の納期管理、および、在庫管理
・医薬品の販売予測精緻化、および、需要計画立案
・医薬品の在庫課題に関する改善策の立案・実行
Lead product procurement planning for pharmaceutical products, including global products, and product procurement management activities in response to environmental changes to optimize inventory and maximize product value.
-Pharmaceutical product procurement planning, product delivery date management, and inventory management
-Refine pharmaceutical sales forecasts and develop demand plans
-Implement improvement measures for pharmaceutical inventory issues

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・医薬品におけるサプライチェーンマネジメント業務経験
・ビジネス交渉レベルの英語力（目安 TOEIC700点以上 or OPIｃ IM以上）
・医薬品の調達計画立案および在庫管理経験
【望ましい要件】
・海外ビジネスパートナーとの協業経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・製造委託先管理経験
[Essential criteria]
・Experience in Supply chain manegement
・English proficiency at business negotiation level (TOEIC score : 700 or OPIc : IL)
・Experience in product procurement planning and inventory management
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in collaborating with overseas business partner
・Experience in project manegements
・Experience managing contract manufacturers
◇募集の背景（Background of recruitment）
STS2030 Revision達成のためにグローバルサプライチェーンの強靭化は必須である。感染症領域を中心に、グローバルでのトップラインの成長に加えて、国内の医薬品の需要増加に対する製品調達および在庫戦略を立案できる人材の増員が必要となった。
Strengthening the global supply chain is essential to achieving the STS2030 Revision. In addition to growing the top line globally, particularly in the field of infectious diseases, it has become necessary to increase the number of personnel who can plan product procurement and inventory strategies to meet the increasing domestic demand for pharmaceuticals.
