◇職務内容（About the position）
・サステナビリティの経営への統合に向けた取組推進
・サステナビリティ開示基準（CSRD、SSBJ等）に沿った報告書作成に向けた、社内情報収集体制構築、非財務情報管理システムの導入・運用等の各種対応
・Promoting efforts to integrate sustainability into management
・Establishing an internal information gathering system and introducing and operating a non-financial information management system to prepare reports in line with sustainability disclosure standards (CSRD, SSBJ, etc.)

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
下記のすべてを満たすこと
・近年のサステイナビリティに関する社会要請を踏まえた、企業でのESG・サステイナビリティ企画およびプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・英文の読み書きスキル（概ねTOEIC700点以上）
・プロセスが明確でない業務において、自発的に考え・行動できる方
【望ましい要件】
・非財務情報管理システムの企画・運用経験
・非財務情報収集に関する基盤整備（関係組織との協業によるグローバルで統一した情報定義の整理等）の企画・推進経験
・投資家等とのESG・サステイナビリティに関するエンゲージメント業務の経験
・グローバル企業でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
[Essential criteria]
Meet all of the following
・Experience in corporate ESG/sustainability planning and project management based on societal demands regarding sustainability
・English reading and writing skills (generally TOEIC 700 or above)
・Ability to think and act independently in work where the process is not clear
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in planning and operating non-financial information management systems
・Experience in planning and promoting infrastructure development for non-financial information collection (collaborating with related organizations to organize globally unified information definitions, etc.)
・Experience in engagement work related to ESG/sustainability with investors, etc.
・Project management experience at a global company

サステイナビリティ後進企業からの脱却を目指し、2020年にサステイナビリティ推進部を発足し、企業活動および情報開示の両面から強化を図っています。昨今のサステイナビリティを巡る社会的要請に応えるべく、情報開示の透明性・即時性のさらなる進化を目指しているため、経験者を募集します。
Aiming to break away from being a lagging company in sustainability, we launched the Sustainability Management Department in 2020 and are working to strengthen both our corporate activities and information disclosure. In order to respond to recent societal demands regarding sustainability, we are looking to further evolve the transparency and immediacy of information disclosure, so we are looking for someone with experience.
