【職務内容】
■法的サポート（契約書作成・法律相談）
・各種契約書の審査
・ライセンス、M&Aなど、重要プロジェクトの契約交渉支援と契約作成、
外部弁護士事務所との協働
・従業員への教育啓蒙
・企業運営上重要な法律や問題に関する法務相談対応
■個人情報保護法や腐敗防止等、企業コンプライアンスに対する取り組み
（規程作成、社内及び提携先管理監督、教育啓蒙等）
■紛争・訴訟への対応
■コーポレートガバナンス・リスクマネジメント・内部統制のほか、キャリアパスとして事業部門への異動も可能性あり
■Legal support (drafting contracts and legal consultations)
-Reviewing various contracts
-Supporting contract negotiations and drafting contracts for important projects such as licenses and M&A,
- Collaborating with external law firms
-Educating employees
-Providing legal consultations on laws and issues important to company operations
■Initiatives for corporate compliance, such as the Personal Information Protection Act and anti-corruption measures
(drafting regulations, supervising internal and partner management, education, etc.)
■Responding to disputes and lawsuits
■In addition to corporate governance, risk management, and internal control, there is also the possibility of transferring to the business division as a career path
【応募資格】
■必須条件
・企業法務経験5年以上
・事業提携に関する契約（ライセンス、共同開発、出資、M&Aなど）の実務実績（事業会社としての実績が望ましいが、法律事務所として事業会社からの依頼を受けて実施している場合もOK）
・語学力TOEIC 700点相当以上（ビジネス会話ができるレベル）
・他社を巻き込みチームワークで業務を推進できるコミュニケーションの能力
■望ましい条件
製薬企業勤務経験もしくは製薬業界の事業を法律事務所から支援した経験
■Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law
- Practical track record in business partnership contracts (licenses, joint development, investment, M&A, etc.) (track record as a business company is preferable, but implementation as a law firm at the request of a business company is also acceptable)
- Language skills: TOEIC 700 points or higher (level of business conversation)
- Communication skills to involve other companies and promote business through teamwork

法務部員として研究開発から販売・コーポレート等企業として様々なバリューチェーンがかかわる契約の作成・交渉支援業務を通じて、製薬会社としてのビジネスの理解を深め、リスクに応じた契約文書の作成、法務due diligence等の実務経験を得られます
As a legal department member, you will be involved in the creation and negotiation of contracts that involve various parts of the corporate value chain, from research and development to sales and corporate, and through this, you will gain a deeper understanding of the pharmaceutical company's business, as well as gain practical experience in creating contract documents according to risk and legal due diligence.
