IT領域の高い専門性を背景に下記業務を統括・遂行する
【ITに係る内部監査】
・情報システムの構成、運用、管理、セキュリティ対策の確認及び評価
・組織のIT戦略、ITポリシー、及びIT統制の確認及び評価
・データの品質、信頼性、セキュリティ、及びプライバシー保護の確認及び評価
・ITインフラストラクチャ（ネットワーク、サーバー、クラウド等）やセキュリティ対策の確認及び評価
・システム開発プロセスにおける品質管理、テスト手法、及び成果物の品質に関する確認及び評価
【内部統制監査 J-SOX】
J-SOX（金融商品取引法に基づく内部統制報告制度）
・IT全般統制（ITGC）の整備・運用状況の評価
・業務処理統制（アプリケーション統制）におけるITの活用状況の確認
・J-SOX対応に必要な文書化、評価、改善活動の支援
・内部統制の有効性に関する評価結果の報告書作成
With a high level of IT expertise, you will oversee and perform the following tasks:
[IT-Related Internal Audits]
- Review and audit information system configuration, operation, management, and security measures
- Review and audit the organization's IT strategy, IT policy, and IT controls
- Review and audit data quality, reliability, security, and privacy protection
- Review and audit IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, etc.) and security measures
- Review and audit quality control, testing methods, and deliverable quality in the system development process
[Internal Control Audit J-SOX]
J-SOX (the internal control reporting system under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act):
- Evaluate the development and operation status of IT general controls (ITGC)
- Review the use of IT in application controls (application controls)
- Support documentation, assessment, and improvement activities required for J-SOX compliance
- Prepare reports on the results of assessment of internal control effectiveness

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・専門職として期待される誠実かつ公正不偏な態度で職務を遂行すること
・業務を円滑に遂行するための対人スキルおよびプロジェクト管理スキル
・IPA（情報処理推進機構）におけるスキルレベル4 / 応用情報技術者試験の資格保有、同等の知識・業務経験
【望ましい要件】
・CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)または相当資格
・ITに係る内部監査またはIT統制・セキュリティ管理の実務経験
・監査手法、リスク管理手法に関する十分な知識を有していること
・ビジネスで通用する英語コミュニケーション能力

- IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency) Skill Level 4 / Applied Information Technology Engineer Qualification, or equivalent knowledge and work experience.

- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent certification.
- Practical experience in IT-related internal audits or IT control/security management.
- Thorough knowledge of audit and risk management methods.
- Business-level English communication skills.

(Ability to build an internal audit system related to IT)
Practical skills in planning and building an internal audit system, including formulating audit policies tailored to the organization's IT environment, designing audit procedures, and establishing audit criteria.
(Understanding of information security and data governance)
Practical skills in areas such as security measures for system operations and data management, privacy protection, and data quality management.
(Audit skills related to system development and operation)
Audit skills for the entire system lifecycle, including development processes, testing methods, and product quality evaluation.
(Specialized knowledge of IT controls and J-SOX compliance)
Knowledge and practical experience necessary for J-SOX compliance through assessment and improvement activities related to IT general controls (ITGC) and business application controls (application controls).
