◇職務内容（About the position）
新薬のグローバル開発チームの一員として、グローバル薬事戦略の立案に参画し、開発プロジェクトを推進する。日本を含むアジア地域において、グローバル薬事戦略に沿った薬事相談や薬事手続きを実行する。

As a member of a global drug development team, contribute to the development of global regulatory strategies and drive development projects forward. Execute regulatory consultations and regulatory submissions/procedures in Japan and across the Asia region in alignment with the global regulatory strategy.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・日本における他社での薬事経験もしくは当局での承認審査業務に従事した経験
・英語・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
【望ましい要件】
・米国・欧州の薬事規制に対する知識、経験
・グローバルでの申請経験（特に欧米）

【Essential criteria】
- Regulatory affairs experience at a pharmaceutical company in Japan, or experience involved in the review and evaluation of drug approval applications at a regulatory authority.
- Communication skills in English and Japanese.
【Desirable criteria】
- Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical regulations in the US and EU.
- Experience in global applications, particularly in the US and EU.

◇募集の背景（Background of recruitment）
グローバルでの薬事戦略の立案に関わりながら、日本を含むアジア地域においては薬事戦略に基づく各国規制当局との協議や薬事手続きを実行していただける方を募集します。

We are seeking a candidate who can contribute to the development of global regulatory strategies while leading regulatory interactions with health authorities and executing regulatory procedures across Japan and other Asian countries in alignment with those strategies.

◇得られるスキル（Skills that can be developed）
グローバル薬事戦略の立案経験及びスキル。また、日本、アジア地域における各国規制当局との協議や手続きを自ら遂行できるスキル。

Demonstrated experience in the development of global regulatory strategies and the capability to independently execute regulatory interactions and regulatory procedures with health authorities across Japan and the Asia region in accordance with those strategies.
