◇職務内容（About the position）
・創薬研究を支えるデジタル・IT基盤の企画、導入、運用
・研究データ活用を促進するシステムやプラットフォームの構築
・研究部門、データサイエンス部門、IT部門および外部パートナーとのプロジェクト推進
・プロジェクト計画策定、進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理
・新しいデジタル技術やAI技術の探索・活用推進
・研究プロセス改革およびチェンジマネジメント

Shape and deliver digital and IT solutions that empower drug discovery research.
Build data-driven platforms that accelerate scientific innovation and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional projects with researchers, data scientists, IT professionals, and external partners.
Drive project execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful implementation.
Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to transform research capabilities.
Champion process innovation and change management across the R&D organization.


◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・ITシステム導入・DX推進・業務改革等のプロジェクト経験
・複数部門との調整・合意形成を推進できるコミュニケーション力
【望ましい条件】
・課題整理、進捗管理、リスク管理等のプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
・製薬、ライフサイエンス、研究開発領域での業務経験
・研究データ管理、分析基盤、クラウドシステム等の知識

【Essential Criteria】
Experience delivering IT, digital transformation, or business process transformation projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively across diverse stakeholders and functions.
【Desirable Criteria】
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, issue resolution, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or R&D environments.
Familiarity with research data management, data platforms, cloud-based solutions, and emerging digital technologies.
