◇職務内容（About the position）
・日本およびグローバルの関係者と連携しながら、定型的な資金財務実務を確実に遂行し、社内の各部門との調整も行う。
・経営戦略や部門方針を踏まえ、資金財務の担当領域に関する実行計画や方針の立案を行う。
・資金事務実務に関する問題点や今後改善すべき点などを整理し、社内関係者や関係部門等に対して提言する。特に直近はグローバル財務ガバナンスの確立、ブリッジローンのパーマネント化がトピックである。

・Accurately execute routine treasury operations in collaboration with Japan and global stakeholders, while coordinating with various departments across the organization.
・Develop execution plans and policies for assigned treasury and finance responsibilities in alignment with the company's business strategy and departmental objectives.
・Identify issues and opportunities for improvement in treasury operations, and proactively provide recommendations to internal stakeholders and relevant departments.
・Most recently, key priorities have included establishing a global treasury governance framework and executing the transition from bridge loan financing to permanent financing.


◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・資金管理実務経験5年以上（国をまたぐグループ資金管理の経験を含む）
・国外の関係者と業務ができる英語力(ビジネスレベル)
・グローバルな関係者との協業経験および、業務遂行可能な英語力(ビジネスレベル)
【望ましい要件】
・製薬業界での実務経験
・日本基準・IFRSの会計知識

【Essential criteria】
・5+ year experience in treasury（including experience in cross-border group treasury management)
・Experience working with global stakeholders across functions and regions and business level Japanese and English proficiency
【Desirable criteria】
・Knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS
・Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
