◇職務内容（About the position）
• 組み換えタンパクワクチンのプロセス研究の現場研究者
（現場で精力的に研究実務を担うとともに、スキル・経験を延ばす）
• 周囲のサポートを受けつつ、自らも工夫を加えて研究を進め、正確な実験結果を迅速に創出する
• 学会や論文など積極的に外部情報に触れ、組織にインプットする
• 間接業務など積極的に担い、組織運営を支える

Researcher in Process Research of Recombinant Protein Vaccines
(Actively conducts hands-on research while developing skills and experience.)
・Conduct research with support from colleagues while also applying personal initiative and creativity to generate accurate experimental results in a timely manner.
・Actively obtain external information through scientific conferences, publications, and other sources, and share such knowledge within the organization.
・Proactively take on administrative and other supporting activities to contribute to the effective operation of the organization.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須条件】
1. 修士卒以上（医学、薬学、理学、工学等の知識と経験）
2. バイオ医薬品のプロセス開発の業務経験
3. 海外グループ会社および他社と英語でのコミュニケーションで業務を推進できる方
【望ましい要件】　以下の経験がある方は特に歓迎します
1. バイオ医薬品の申請業務（日本国内、海外問わず）
2. バイオ医薬品のGMP製造関連業務

[Essential criteria]
1. master's degree or higher (knowledge of medicine, pharmacy, science, engineering, or other related fields)
2. experience in biopharmaceutical process development
3. ability to communicate in English with overseas group companies and other companies to promote business.
 [Desirable criteria]
1. Experience in biopharmaceutical application (both in Japan and overseas)
2. GMP manufacturing related work for biopharmaceuticals

ワクチン事業において、今後の開発加速および研究開発体制強化のため、バイオ医薬品のプロセス研究に関する高度な専門性と実務経験を有し、GMP対応や薬事申請業務にも精通した研究者を募集します。

To accelerate development and strengthen our R&D capabilities in the vaccine business, we are seeking researchers with advanced expertise and hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical process research, as well as strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory submission activities.
