◇職務内容（About the position）
・非臨床薬物動態試験の立案・実行及び考察
・国内外CROの外部委託試験のモニタリング
・薬物動態の観点から創薬・開発プロジェクトに参画し、薬物動態戦略の立案、候補化合物選択及び課題解決
・治験薬概要書作成、照会事項回答作成、承認申請資料等の開発文書の作成及びレビュー

・Plan, conduct, analyze, and interpret nonclinical pharmacokinetic studies.
・Monitor outsourced studies conducted by domestic and overseas CROs.
・Participate in drug discovery and development projects from a pharmacokinetic perspective, contributing to human PK prediction, drug-drug interaction risk assessment, candidate compound selection, and development strategy planning.
・Prepare and review development documents such as investigator’s brochures, responses to regulatory inquiries, and regulatory submission documents.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
以下のいずれかの実務経験を有し、薬物動態課題を主体的に推進できる方
・ Modeling & Simulation
・ in vitro ADME評価
・ 薬物代謝、代謝物検索評価
・ AIを活用した薬物動態予測またはデータ解析
【望ましい要件】
以下に示す経験、スキル、知識又は志向性を複数有する方
・各種in vitroやin vivo試験、薬物動態課題の解決に主体的に取り組んだ経験
・信頼性基準に準拠した非臨床薬物動態試験の実施、委託試験モニタリングの経験
・サイエンスに基づく論理的思考力を有し、実験データ及び解析結果を統合して創薬・開発判断につなげられる方
・将来的にチームマネジメント、技術領域のリード又はプロジェクト推進を担う意欲を有する方
・海外関係者と円滑に連携できる英語力及びコミュニケーション力を有する方

[Essential criteria]
Candidates should have practical experience in one or more of the following areas and be able to independently drive pharmacokinetic-related problem solving.
・ Modeling & Simulation
・ in vitro ADME evaluation
・ Drug metabolism and metabolite profiling
・ ADME/PK prediction or data analysis using AI
[Preferred criteria]
Candidates who possess multiple experiences, skills, knowledge, or aspirations listed below are preferred.
・Experience in various in vitro and in vivo studies and in proactively addressing pharmacokinetic-related challenges.
・Experience conducting nonclinical pharmacokinetic studies in compliance with reliability standards or monitoring outsourced studies.
・Ability to apply science-based logical thinking and integrate experimental data and analytical results to support drug discovery and development decisions.
・ Motivation to take on team management, technical leadership or project leadership responsibilities in the future.
・ English proficiency and communication skills to collaborate smoothly with overseas stakeholders.

創薬・開発の迅速化と成功確度向上には、非臨床段階からヒト薬物動態予測（代謝物含む）、薬物相互作用リスク評価をより正確に行うことが重要であり、候補化合物選択及び開発戦略を支える薬物動態機能の強化が不可欠である。特に、Modeling & Simulation、in vitro ADME評価、薬物代謝評価及びAIを活用したデータ解析を組み合わせ、薬物動態の課題を主体的に推進できる即戦力人材を募集します。

To accelerate drug discovery and development and improve the probability of success, it is essential to strengthen the pharmacokinetics function that supports human PK prediction, drug-drug interaction risk assessment, candidate compound selection, and development strategy planning from the nonclinical stage. We are seeking an experienced professional who can independently address pharmacokinetic-related challenges by combining Modeling & Simulation, in vitro ADME evaluation, drug metabolism evaluation, and data analysis using AI.

・Practical skills in pharmacokinetic research that integrates Modeling & Simulation, in vitro ADME evaluation, drug metabolism evaluation, and AI.
・Regulatory experience from a pharmacokinetic perspective through preparation of development documents such as investigator’s brochures, responses to regulatory inquiries, and regulatory submission documents.
・Global communication skills for solving problems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
・Build up networks with experts in pharmacokinetics, Modeling & Simulation, and data science.
