◇職務内容（About the position）
・ 生体試料中の薬物濃度及びバイオマーカーの分析法構築、バリデーション及び測定
・ バイオアナリシス試験における試験責任者、試験分担責任者
・ 国内外CROへの委託試験モニタリング
・ 国内・海外の外部試験機関への分析法移管及び技術移転の推進
・ バイオアナリシス/バイオマーカーの観点で創薬・開発プロジェクトへ参画し、分析/バイオマーカー戦略の立案及び課題解決

・ Develop, validate, and perform analytical methods for drug concentrations, endogenous substances, and biomarkers in biological samples.
・ Serve as a study director or principal investigator for bioanalysis studies.
・ Monitor outsourced studies conducted by domestic and overseas CROs.
・ Lead analytical method transfer and technology transfer to external testing laboratories in Japan and overseas.
・ Participate in drug discovery and development projects from the bioanalysis and biomarker perspectives, contributing to analytical strategy planning and problem solving.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
生体試料中薬物濃度分析またはバイオマーカー分析に関する実務経験を有し、分析法構築から測定・データ解釈まで一連の業務を主体的に推進できる方
【望ましい要件】
以下に挙げる経験・スキル・知識・意欲を複数有する方
・ 信頼性基準、GLP又はGCPに準拠した分析試験における試験責任者、試験分担責任者又は委託試験モニターの経験
・ バイオマーカー探索、測定系構築、臨床又は非臨床試料を用いた評価経験
・ 既存の分析業務を着実に遂行するだけでなく、新規分析技術の導入や分析法改良に主体的に挑戦し、周囲を巻き込みながら推進できる方
・ 将来的にチームマネジメントやプロジェクト推進を担う意欲を有する方
・ 海外関係者と円滑に連携できる英語力及びコミュニケーション力を有する方

[Essential criteria]
Candidates should have practical experience in drug concentration analysis in biological samples or biomarker analysis, and be able to independently lead the entire workflow from analytical method development to measurement and data interpretation.
[Preferred criteria]
Candidates who possess multiple experiences, skills, knowledge, or aspirations listed below are preferred.
・ Experience as a study director, principal investigator, or monitor for outsourced analytical studies conducted in compliance with reliability standards, GLP, or GCP.
・ Experience in biomarker exploration, assay development, or evaluation using clinical or nonclinical biological samples.
・ Ability to steadily execute existing analytical work while proactively taking on the introduction of new analytical technologies and improvement of analytical methods, engaging others to drive progress.
・ Motivation to take on team management or project leadership responsibilities in the future.
・ English proficiency and communication skills to collaborate smoothly with overseas stakeholders.

Bioanalysis and biomarker analysis are essential functions that support pharmacokinetics, efficacy, safety, and decision-making throughout drug discovery and development, from nonclinical to clinical stages. To achieve faster and higher-quality drug discovery and development, we need professionals who can accurately perform analytical work in accordance with regulatory requirements such as reliability standards, GLP, and GCP, while also proactively introducing and improving new analytical technologies and measurement methods. We are seeking an experienced professional who can contribute to drug discovery and development through expertise in bioanalysis and flexibly and reliably handle a broad range of responsibilities, from hands-on laboratory work and outsourced study management to regulatory support and project participation.

・ Global communication skills for solving problems in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
・ Build up networks with experts of bioanalysis and biomarker research.
