◇職務内容（About the position）
最新の薬物動態学（PK）、薬力学（PD）およびファーマコメトリクスを活用し、開発品の価値最大化と臨床開発戦略の最適化を推進する。開発プロジェクトにおける臨床薬理担当者として、薬物動態試験および薬物相互作用試験の戦略立案、試験デザイン、データ解析、モデル構築を行い、科学的根拠に基づく用法・用量設定および意思決定を支援する。
主な業務内容：
• 薬物動態試験および薬物相互作用試験の立案・実施支援
• Population PK，PBPK，PK/PDモデリング・シミュレーションの実施
• 曝露反応解析を踏まえた用法・用量戦略の立案
• 国内外規制当局対応資料や申請資料の作成支援

Utilize advanced pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and pharmacometrics approaches to maximize product value and optimize clinical development strategies. As a Clinical Pharmacology Scientist, you will lead the design and interpretation of clinical pharmacology studies, including PK and drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies, and support data-driven decision making through model-informed drug development.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and supporting PK and DDI studies
• Conducting population PK, PBPK, and PK/PD modeling and simulation
• Developing dose-selection and exposure-response strategies
• Contributing to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
• 理系研究科（修士以上）、6 年制学部
• 医薬品開発におけるPK、Population PK、PBPK、PK/PD解析のいずれかの経験
【望ましい要件】
• 英語による文書作成およびコミュニケーション能力
• FDA、EMA、PMDA等の規制当局対応経験
• Model-Informed Drug Development（MIDD）を活用した開発戦略立案経験
• 博士号（Ph.D.）取得者

[Essential criteria]
• Master's degree or higher in a scientific discipline, or graduation from a six-year professional degree program.
 • Experience with PK, population PK, PBPK, and/or PK/PD analysis
[Desirable Criteria]
• Ability to communicate effectively and prepare scientific documents in English
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies including FDA, EMA, and PMDA
• Experience applying Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) approaches to development programs
• Ph.D. degree or equivalent research experience
