知財戦略・企画・コンサルティング担当者
Intellectual property strategy, planning and consulting staff

◇職務内容
医薬品およびヘルスケアサービスビジネスにおける、知財戦略の立案と推進・知財コンサルティング担当者として、主に以下のいずれかの業務を行う
1. グローバルでの特許・商標出願と、権利の活用
2. 知財係争対応（国内外訴訟、無効審判など）
3. 知財コンサルティング（特・実・意・商に加え、著作権、営業秘密、知財関連契約も含む）
4. 知財情報の収集・分析に基づく、社内ビジネスの創出・推進支援（IPランドスケープの作成など）
スキルや能力の向上度に応じて、知的財産領域のスペシャリストまたはそれ以上の職務グレードを目指していただきます。
As a staff in charge of IP strategies and IP consultings for pharmaceutical and healthcare service businesses, you will mainly perform one of the following tasks
1. Global patent and/or trademark applications and utilization of rights
2. IP dispute (domestic and international litigation, invalidation trials, etc.)
3. IP consulting (including patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks, as well as copyrights, trade secrets, and IP-related contracts)
4. Support the creation and promotion of internal business based on the collection and analysis of IP information (creating IP landscapes, etc.)
Depending on the level of improvement in skills and abilities, you can aim to become a specialist in the IP field or higher grade.

◇応募資格
【必須要件】
知財担当者として、企業での実務経験が6年以上
【望ましい要件】
以下に挙げる経験・知識・スキルのいずれかを有する方を特に歓迎します。
1. 弁理士（弁理士試験合格者含む）または知的財産アナリストの資格を有する方
2. 日米欧中における特許（化学/バイオ/デジタルヘルス分野）出願および、それらに必要な調査、ならびに各権利化における要点を熟知し、知財実務担当者の指導的役割を担える方
3. 国内外代理人の弁護士・弁理士から成る訴訟対応チームをコントロール・マネジメントしながら、各国の訴訟業務を遂行させる能力を有している方
4. 海外のアライアンス先（企業・大学）と、的確なコミュニケーションや交渉を行い、自社のビジネス推進に貢献した実績を有する方
5. IPランドスケープなどの各種知財情報収集や分析・解釈に基づいた戦略立案・提言により、成果創出に貢献した実績を有する方
【Essential criteria】
More than 6 years of experience in a company as an IP staff
【Desirable criteria】
1. Patent attorneys (including those who have passed the patent attorney examination) or IP analysts
2. Those who are familiar with patent applications (in the chemical/bio/digital health fields) in Japan, US, Europe and China, the necessary research, and the key points of each right, and who can play a leading role among IP practitioners
3. Those who have the ability to control and manage a litigation team consisting of lawyers and patent attorneys representing in Japan and overseas, while carrying out litigation work in each country
4. Those who have a track record of contributing to the promotion of their company's business through accurate communication and negotiations with overseas alliance partners (companies/universities)
5. Those who have a track record of contributing to the achievement by creating strategies and making proposals based on the collection, analysis and interpretation of various IP information such as IP landscapes
