◇職務内容（About the position）
STS2030の実現に向け、SHIONOGIの国際渉外活動をリード、コーディネートする。
・海外ステークホルダー（国際組織、各国保健省、大使館、関係企業・業界等）とのコミュニケーションを通じた国際渉外活動（主にビジネス）
・アジア（特にASEAN)等海外のレギュレーションの理解のもと、社内関係組織と連携した上市等に必要な渉外活動
To achive STS2030, lead and coodinate SHIONOGI's global external affairs, mainly government affairs. Responsibilities include;
・Coodinate and lead communication with global stakeholders such as governments, embassies, business entities, and NGOs
・Communicate with stakeholders to launch products based on intelligence of relevant regulations in Asia, especially ASEAN
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・ヘルスケア製品に係る海外が関連した事項に係る渉外活動
・ビジネス英語
・社外を巻き込むプロジェクト等のリード経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント
・社内外ステークホルダーとの適切な関係を構築するためのコミュニケーション力
・障害にチャレンジし、やり抜くマインドセットと行動
・経験のない事案にも積極的かつ前向きに取り組む姿勢
【望ましい要件】
・LMICや新興国（特にASEAN)での薬事関係業務の経験
・国際機関等での国境をまたいだコーディネートの経験
[Essential criteria]
・Experience in negotiating with stakeholders outside of Japan in the healthcare product industry
・Proficient in business English
・Experience in leading projects in collaboration with external stakeholders
・Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
・Strong communication skills to effectively establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
・Proactive mindset and attitude to effectively address and overcome obstacles
・Open and positive approach to handling unfamiliar matters and situations
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in regulatory affairs in emerging countries, particularly in ASEAN
・Experience in business coordination within international organizations
