◇職務内容（About the position）
・最先端のインフォマティクスを活用したワクチン抗原デザインの研究戦略立案と遂行とメンバー統括
・多様な情報を活用したワクチンの製造プロセスの最適化を牽引する
・病原体のゲノム解析からワクチンの標的抗原を選定し、上市品の足掛かりを創製する
・自然言語処理、生成系AI技術の導入と社内活用推進（広く社内に影響力を及ぼす）
・インフォマティクスの活解析環境の構築と維持（様々な専門家との共働）
 
>Planning and execution of research strategies for vaccine antigen design using cutting-edge informatics.
>Optimization of vaccine manufacturing processes using a variety of information
>Designing for vaccine antigens through pathogen genome analysis
>Implementation and internal promotion of natural language processing and generative AI technologies.
>Establishment and maintenance of an informatics-driven analysis environment (collaboration with external researchers).

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須条件】
・バイオインフォマティックスの研究経験
【望ましい条件】
・In silico技術を用いたワクチンの抗原デザイン、病原体のゲノム解析、機械学習を含めた統計解析、各種解析ツールを実装するための解析環境構築の経験
・企業での創薬研究（特にプロジェクト牽引やチームマネージメント経験）

>Experience in bioinformatics research
[Desirable criteria]
>Experience in vaccine antigen design using in silico approach, pathogen genome
analysis, statistical analysis including machine learning, and implementation of various
analysis tools.
>Experience in drug discovery research at pharmaceutical companies (Project leading or
managing)
