◇職務内容（About the position）
バイオ医薬品（主にタンパクワクチン）のR&D戦略の立案と遂行において組織を統括し、本部や関係部署もリードする。さらに、他社や当局との対応にも直接関与し、バイオ医薬品における会社の地位向上に直接貢献いただきます。
Supervise the organization in planning and executing R&D strategies for biopharmaceuticals (mainly protein vaccines), and also lead the headquarters and related departments. Furthermore, be directly involved in dealing with other companies and authorities, and directly contribute to improving the company's position in biopharmaceuticals.
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・バイオ医薬品のリーダーとしての開発・申請経験
・同業他社やFDA/PMDAとコミュニケーションできる英語力
【望ましい要件】
・バイオ医薬品業界でのマネジメントあるいは統括的業務経験

・Development and application experience as a biopharmaceutical leader
・English proficiency to communicate with other companies in the same industry and FDA/PMDA
