臨床開発で使用するGCP準拠のITシステムの管理
・臨床試験で使用するITシステムの導入および運用管理
・システムの設計、構築、テスト、トラブルシューティング
・システムのセキュリティとデータのプライバシーの確保
・ユーザーサポートの提供およびシステムに関する問い合わせやトレーニング対応
・システムのパフォーマンスを監視と最適化
・ITシステムの予算管理と調整
・ITシステム上のデータを分析し，臨床試験に関わる各機能のパフォーマンス可視化及び業務プロセス改善に必要な情報の提供
Managing GCP-compliant IT systems used in clinical development
・Manage the implementation and operational management of IT systems for clinical trials.
・Design, build, test, and troubleshoot systems.
・Ensure system security and data privacy.
・Provide user support, handle inquiries, and conduct training related to the system.
・Monitor and optimize system performance.
・Manage and coordinate the IT department's budget.
・Analyze data on IT systems and provide information necessary for visualizing the performance of each function related to clinical trials and improving business processes

【必須要件】
・臨床試験ITシステムに関する基本的な知識と経験がある
・データベース、ネットワーク、セキュリティなどの基本的なIT技術に習熟している
・ITプロジェクトの経験があり、期限を守って業務を遂行できる
・問題解決能力があり、トラブルシューティングにおいても優れたスキルを持つ
・チームでのコミュニケーションや協力が得意である
・予算管理や調整の経験があり、財務の基本的な知識を持つ
・プロフェッショナルな態度と高い倫理観を持ち、機密情報を守ることができる

・ビジネス交渉レベルの英語力
