製品/パイプラインのM&Aおよびライセンス導入に向け、クロスファンクショナル・クロスリージョナルな関係者を統括し、以下の内容を実施することで契約締結に繋げる。
・トランザクションに向けた戦略立案
・Due Diligence
・提携スキームの検討や事業性評価などの契約条件の検討
・契約交渉
For M&A and licensing of product/pipeline, you are expected to supervise cross-functional and cross-regional members and lead to conclusion of definitive agreement by implementing the following:
・Strategy planning for transactions
・Due Diligence
・Consideration of contract conditions such as partnership scheme and evaluation of business feasibility
・Contract negotiation
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・5年以上のグローバル含む製薬業界でのトランザクションに関する実務経験
・グローバルプロジェクトにおけるリードの経験
・法務、経理、財務に関する一般的な知識
・グローバルでのコミニュケーションおよびマネジメントスキル
・英語でのコミニュケーション、文章作成能力
・困難にも主体的/前向きに取り組めるマインド
【望ましい要件】
・創薬バリューチェーンに関する一般的な知識
・ライフサイエンス分野での幅広いネットワーク
[Essential criteria]
・Over 5 years of transaction experience in the global pharmaceutical industry
・Project lead experience in global projects
・General knowledge about legal, accounting, and finance
・Global communication and management skills
・Communication and writing ability in English
・A mindset that allows you to tackle difficulties independently/positively
[Desirable requirements]
・General knowledge about value chain of drug discovery
・Wide network in the life science field
