アライアンスマネージャーとして、以下の活動を行う。
・アライアンス先との協業体制の構築する。
・社内のPJメンバーと協力し、PJを推進する。
・アライアンス先とのコンフリクトの解決する。
・アライアンスの価値向上のため、スキームの拡大の機会を探る。
アライアンスマネジメントの経験や知識を活かし、以下の活動を行う。
・交渉中の案件に関する契約交渉や契約作成に必要なサポートを行う。
・アライアンス先以外の企業とも交流を行うことでネットワークを拡大し、新たな案件の機会を探索する。
As an alliance manager, you are expected to carry out the following activities.
・Build a collaborative team with alliance partners.
・Cooperate with project members members to advance projects.
・Resolve conflicts with alliance partners.
・Explore opportunities to expand the alliance scheme to increase the value of the alliance.
Utilize your experience and knowledge in alliance management to carry out the following activities.
・Provide necessary support to transaction team for contract drafting and negotiations during negotiation.
・Expand your network by interacting with companies to explore new business/BD opportunities.
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・5年以上のグルーバル企業を含む他社とのアライアンスマネジメント経験
・導入/導出契約、共同研究等の契約書、知財に関する一般的な知識
・社内外のステークホルダーと良好な関係を築くことができるコミニュケーションスキル
・様々な立場の関係者に対し、主体的に働きかけて関係構築・合意形成する力
・困難にも主体的/前向きに取り組めるマインド
・秘匿性の高い情報を適切に管理する力
【望ましい要件】
・創薬R&Dに関する一般的な知識
・ライフサイエンス分野での幅広いネットワーク（国内外、産学官問わない）
[Essential criteria]
・Over 5 years of experience in managing alliances with other companies including global companies.
・Knowledge regarding various agreements incl. in-licensing, out-licensing,and joint research, and intellectual property.
・Communication skills to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
・Ability to proactively approach stakeholders from various positions to build relationships and reach consensus.
・An independent and positive mindset that allows you to tackle difficulties.
・Ability to appropriately manage highly confidential information.

2023年10月より、事業開発部体制が一新され、アライアンスマネジメント専門のグループが立ち上がった。他社のアライアンスマネジメントの経験を持つ方を採用することで、アライアンスマネジメント活動の強化とSHIONOGIのアライアンスマネジメントのベストプラクティスを確立したい。
Starting in October 2023, the structure of Business Development was renewed and a group specializing in alliance management was launched. We would like to hire someone with experience in alliance management at other companies to strengthen our alliance management activities, and one of our important goals is to establish best practices for SHIONOGI's alliance management.
