クロスボーダーM&A等の高度プロジェクト対応、グローバル決算業務
・クロスボーダーM&Aなど高度な案件における財務デューデリジェンス、バリュエーション業務
・有価証券報告書などの開示書類作成
・連結決算業務
・会計監査における監査法人対応
・経営層への報告資料作成
Support cross-functional projects such as cross-border M&A, global accounting
・Financial due diligence and valuation work for projects such as cross-border M&A
・Preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosure documents such as securities reports
・Correspondence with accounting auditor
・Creating reports to management
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・5年以上の決算関連業務経験
・日本基準・IFRSの会計専門知識
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(Reading、Writing)
【望ましい要件】
・会計監査業務経験、監査法人対応経験、簿記1級、公認会計士、米国公認会計士
・M&A業務経験
・DIVA、SAPの実務経験
・IFRS開示の実務経験
・英語での議論ができる方
・海外勤務経験
[Essential criteria]
・5+ year experience in accounting
・Knowledge of J-GAAP and IFRS
・Business level English (Reading, Writing)
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience working in accounting firm, Book keeping (Boki) 1st grade, CPA, US CPA
・Good cross functional project experience and past achievement such as M&A project
・DIVA and SAP R/3 experiences
・IFRS discloser experience
・Discussion skill in English
・Working experience oversea
