◇職務内容（About the position）
・国内税務対応（各種税務申告、インボイス制度など税制対応など）
・税務調査対応
・BEPS2.0対応
・M&Aなどにおける税務デューデリジェンス遂行と最適スキームの検討
・その他グループ内の税務リスクの抽出・対応
・以上の業務にかかわる社外税理士、監査法人等の対応
・Filling tax returns with considering tax reforms
・Correspondence with Tax inspectors and accounting auditors
・Tax due diligence and establish appropriate tax scheme such as M&A project
・Communication with group F&A members for advice of tax issues
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・税理士または公認会計士
・各種国内税の専門知識
・国内税務申告の実務経験（事業会社、税理士法人等での税務業務経験10年以上）
・税務当局対応経験
・国外関係者と協議可能な語学力（英語）
【望ましい要件】
・製薬業界での実務経験

・CPA, CTA
・10+ year experience in taxation (including tax audit)
・Knowledge of tax regualtions
・Business level English

・Experience working at pharmaceutical companies

医薬品事業ならびにHaaSなど新規事業をグローバルに拡大していきます。事業拡大にあたり、グローバルで他社と協業する機会の増加を想定しており、新規協業先との交渉やグローバルでの税務マネジメントを担っていただける方を募集します。
We are expanding new businesses such as the pharmaceutical business and HaaS globally, and are looking for someone who can work with us to support negotiation with alliance company and manage taxation globally.
