◇職務内容（About the position）
・中期経営計画STS2030Revisionを実現するための機会の探索や、実行計画の見直し、次期中期経営計画検討のための社内外コミュニケーション/情報収集、市場環境リサーチ/分析を行う。
・中期経営計画STS2030Revision実行のための重要プロジェクトのリード。本社機能のグローバル化や、M&Aのtransaction担当等。
・Investigation for opportunities to realize our mid-term business plan “STS2030 Revision”, review the execution plan and conduct internal and external communication/information collection. We also require market environment analysis to consider the necessity of updating the medium-term management plan.
・Leading important projects to implement our medium-term business plan “STS2030Revision”. Responsible for globalization of HQ functions and M&A transactions.

◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・グローバル企業での経営企画業務経験（2年以上） 、起業経験、会社経営経験
・ビジネス交渉レベルの英語力
【望ましい要件】
・ライフサイエンス業界での経験があることは加点要素
・MBAや海外留学経験等は加点要素

・Experience in business planning at a global company more than 2 years, starting your own business or company management
・English proficiency at business negotiation level
[Desirable criteria]
・Experience in the life science industry will be evaluated.
・MBA, work or study outside Japan will be evaluated.
