◇職務内容（About the position）
SHIONOGIグループ会社のグローバル人事担当として、下記業務を統括・遂行する。
・グローバル共通のポリシーや等級・報酬・評価制度の設計
・グローバルキーポジションの採用・異動配置・人材育成等の人員計画の策定・実施
As the person in charge of global human resources for SHIONOGI group companies, supervise and carry out the following duties.
・Design of global common policies and grade/reward/evaluation systems
・Formulation and implementation of workforce planning such as recruitment of global key positions, transfer assignments, and talent development
◇応募資格（Requirements）
【必須要件】
・グローバルの人事基幹制度設計、導入の経験
・ビジネス交渉レベルの英語力
【望ましい要件】
ライフサイエンス業界での人事経験（5年以上）

・Experience in designing and implementing global human resources policies and procedures
・English proficiency at business negotiation level
[Desirable criteria]
HR experience in the life sciences industry (5+ years)
